After his death, owners of his former bar, “Toby Keiths I Love this Bar” now “String String” at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, put together a Toby Keith tribute concert featuring several local country bands and singers. At rehearsal for the show, these musicians met singer: James Hewitt, a Toby Keith Look and Sound alike. It was decided that he would sing all the songs for the show and the group performed a 2 hour tribute concert on Feb 18 in Foxboro. The show was a huge success, and Toby Keith fans in attendance remarked how much James looks and sounded like the real Toby Keith. Turns out that James had been singing Toby Keith music for years and had perfected his classic southern drawl and humourous delivery of all-time classic songs in country music. At the urging of many who saw the show, the group decided to put together an official Toby Keith tribute band: Red Solo Cup, a tribute to the legendary Toby Keith. The band now performs most of Toby’s catalogue including (20) #1 hit country songs including “Shoulda Been a Cowboy”, “How Do You Like Me Now”, Who’s Your Daddy” the patriotic “Courtesy of the Red White & Blue” and “American Soldier” and many more. The band recently starred at the Indian Ranch Local Country Music festival, stunning the audience with its spot on replication of this timeless music.

He got his start in “show business” telling jokes in a bar in Gloucester, Massachusetts, where he was paid in beer and fried clams. Since then, he’s gone on to perform at some of the world’s most prestigious comedy events, including the Late Show with David Letterman, CONAN, Montreal’s International Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, and Denis Leary’s Comic’s Come Home in Boston. Jimmy’s first major television role was as Sean McCarthy on the CBS sitcom, THE MCCARTHYS. He’s also written on several television projects, including two episodes of LOUDERMILK that he co-wrote with Academy Award winner Peter Farrelly. Carolyn Plummer has been doing comedy professionally for over 20 years. She has traveled extensively and to many parts of this country few have dared to venture. Carolyn has worked at clubs, colleges, dead animal lodges, theatres and corporations, appearing with many of the top headliners in the business. She has participated in numerous festivals including the Burbank Comedy Festival; where she was named Best of the Fest, Boston Comedy Festival and The Women in Comedy Festival. Carolyn performed at Denis Leary’s Comics Come Home 26 at the TD Garden for the Cam Neely Foundation. She is a versatile comic who is at home telling jokes in front of nuns or biker dudes. Ryan Ellington, a Massachusetts native, has been performing in Boston for over 5 years now. He regularly performs at Laugh Boston, Nick’s Comedy Stop and The Comedy Studio. Ryan was a finalist in Laugh Boston’s Funniest Person in Massachusetts contest in 2019 and has performed in the Good Luck and WOOtenanny Comedy Festivals.

He was the winner of The Catch a New Rising Star, The Funniest Comic in New England and the 2017 Big Sky Comedy Festivals. Rodrigues has been featured on the hilarious Gotham Live, Laughs on Fox and True Tv’s Laff Mobbs Laff Tracks. In 2018 he released his Dry Bar comedy special, was voted “best of the fest” at the Big Pine Comedy Festival and was picked as one of TBS’s Comics to Watch at the New York Comedy Fest. In 2019 Rodrigues made his late-night TV debut on the Conan O’Brien show. In 2020 he released another 30-minute Comedy Special for the EPIX series “Unprotected Sets.” His comedy is honest and fun, constantly peppering in stories from his life and the lives of those around him. Mix that with a hilarious point of view and he’s able to talk about just about anything. Boston’s James Dorsey is an insurance salesman by day and comedian by night! After receiving his first D-minus for conduct in the second grade, Dorsey said he realized school was not his cup of tea and took his “disruptive in class” trademark to the stand-up stage and never looked back. He shares life experiences through high energy, witty acting-out, and playful facial expressions. His use of imitations and characters is incredibly vivid and entertaining. Dorsey was the national winner of the Catch a New Rising Star competition, as well as the Plymouth Rock Comedy Festival and has performed at the prestigious Boston Comedy Festival. His performance on stage has been described as “Flawless, smooth and original. Alex Giampapa began performing stand-up comedy in Boston at the age of 19 and soon became a popular act all across New England. Her children’s book, I Don’t Know, blends her comedic voice with a love of reading. Jeff Koen is a Boston-area comedian and actor best known for starring in the indie road-trip comedy Heavy Times.
