Married to Jimmy Hurley and having five kids, Christine is never at a loss for comedic material. Like any great comedian, Christine has an innate ability to see humor in “everyday” situations. For years, she entertained family, friends and neighbors in their kitchens, at barbeques and the grocery store aisles. The only difference now is she uses a microphone and a stage. Christine’s maiden voyage into the world of standup comedy was an open audition in New York City. The television network Nick at Nite was looking for “AMERICA’S FUNNIEST MOM.” She figured if it didn’t go well, no one in New York would have known who she was anyway. Turns out it went well! Out of thousands of entries, Christine was selected to be a finalist on the nationally televised show. Christine Hurley has quickly become a favorite in the Boston comedy world. Her stories and views on motherhood and marriage are exactly what everyone is living through…people get it and love it! Dave Rattigan is one of the busiest comedians in Boston. His CD has been played on Sirius Satellite Radio, and he’s performed on the syndicated Steve Katsos Show. He’s done regional commercials for Olympia Sports and iParty, and performed in Dublin and Kilkenny, Ireland and in Boston with Irish comedians Ardal O’Hanlon and Joe Rooney. He’s performed at the Hampton Beach Comedy Festival (NH), Boston Comedy Festival, Women in Comedy Festival, and Salem Comedy and Spirits Festival, and shared the stage with Bill Burr, Jeff Dunham, the Beach Boys, Steven Wright, Bob Marley, Nick DiPaolo and more. He’s currently co-host of two podcasts, the crime ‘n grime-focused Inside The Line: Real Stories by Real Cops and Soccerheads New England. As the “funny kid” in school, Jason Merrill had always dreamed of making it in comedy. He found that whenever he was having a rough day, making people laugh always put a smile back on his face. With the support of his wife and daughters, Jason decided to pursue his ultimate goal. Starting with open mics in 2018, he soon began to feature at comedy clubs around the New England area. You may recognize him from Giggle’s Comedy Club, Lots of Laughs Comedy Lounge, Headliner’s Comedy Club, and Nick’s Comedy Stop. A favorite at festivals, he appeared at The Boston Comedy Festival with Lewis Black and Friends, The Burbank Comedy Fest as Best of the Fest, and the TBS Comedy Festival in Las Vegas, to name a few. The Boston Herald said, “He makes the absurd seem logical.” Las Vegas Magazine wrote, “As far as pure stand-up goes, it doesn’t get any better than Rogerson.” Others have written, “He is fall-down-on-the-floor funny! Why doesn’t this guy have his own show?” and “He’s as funny a comic as Boston has produced.” Graig Murphy started out in comedy by using his impressions of sports and television personalities but has now grown into a National Headliner and a quick-witted act of everyday humor. Graig works in every venue possible throughout New England. Along with the northeast clubs, he has also appeared many times at the Comix Comedy Club at Foxwoods Resort Casino, Riviera Casino in Las Vegas and the Ft. Lauderdale. Steve Scarfo is a more than 20-year veteran of the Boston Comedy Scene and was noticed by The Boston Globe at his first performance. His high-energy, real-life approach to material coupled with his sometimes bizarre viewpoint is sure to strike a chord in any audience and keep them in stitches. He has worked all over New England, including Comedy Connection in Boston and Portland, Nicks Comedy Stop in Boston, Laugh Boston, Comix, North Shore Comedy and Headliners Comedy Clubs, Laugh New England and with Laugh Riots Productions. Steve has worked with many national acts – including Dave Coulier, Victoria Jackson, Jeff Dunham, Lenny Clarke and Bob Marley. Steve also appeared in the A&E real life drama “Caesars 24 / 7,” figured prominently in the Red Sox World Series MasterCard commercial, and appeared in several movies Including “Fever Pitch,” “The Departed,” and “The Fighter”.
